Background
Steve has coached for LNVB since he and his wife Marlene started the club in 1997. It started with only a few teams and has since grown steadily each year. He has also coached at Northside Christian, Vance, Garinger, West Charlotte, North Meck, and Cannon Schools. Outside of volleyball, he is Pastor of the Shearer Presbyterian Church in Mooresville.

Coach Steve will be entering his 12th year with LNVB. He has coached the following teams:
